        Hi I am on taf mek combo for 3 months only and tumors are shrinked about 7 times. Side effects are manage able I had fever in first 6 weeks then finlshed. Currently I just have less energy then before but still working full time and playing with my 2 daughters every night. I wish you all the best in this fight

              Hi Audrey,
              I am on this combo for 2 months now. Due to side effect I am sometimes on half dose of Tafinler and sometimes on full dose of Tafinlar. For me the main side effect is the high fever that goes between 38.5 to 39.5
              other side effect is aching sole when starting to walk.
              But both of them are quiet manageable.
              I am taking 4mg of prednesol per day.
              My LDH level goes down from 405 to 230 with those pills in a week.
              Thats all I can share like my experience till now in my journey with taf/mek.

                I am in my 2nd week of first ipi nivo combo. Dry mouth already started just in the morning but currently no problem of taste. Would you also precise when does side effects started?

                  Hi, I had Ebus about 2 weeks ago and it is a very short and quick operation. I go to work next day without any problem. No need to wait for recovery. Don’t worry at all. During operation I was awake and looking at what they were doing. For me the bad news was pathology report that come melanoma and I started ipi nivo combo last week. Good luck for you.

                      Hi Sam,
                      I just wonder if you had only 4 combo of IPI/NIVO then stop it? or you continue with nivo for 2 years as well?

                            dear Amanda thanks for sharing your experience but in my case I had lot of new metastases on different part of the body at the same time that is why my onco decided to switch.

                              thanks for sharing your experience. In my case as blood work is applyied before each application of combo, due to high increase in LDH we switch the therapy

                                Many thanks for sharing those information. Rash also apprared on my wrist. Sometimes more visible, sometimes dissappear.. I will live them and see what is happining as well

                                  I already have edema on my right leg and used to live with it.
