I use Allegra D 24, it's been OTC for awhile now but I have a prescription so I can get 30 pills all at once each month. The decongestant ingredient is restricted and the over the counter boxes only come with a maximum of 20 pills and you can't purchase more than one at a time plus the pharmcy takes down your ID & DL info. I also use nasal sprays, Astepro and Veramyst which are prescription but work well. Right now seems like the worst for seasonal allergies so I'm staying inside especially on windy days.

I'm being seen by the UCDavis Cancer Center. Here's a link.http://www.ucdmc.ucdavis.edu/cancer/contactus/index.html
If you aren't a patient with UCDavis Medical Group HMO you can still be seen. You will need to get your medical records and scans, etc to them to review.

Hi,
I'm not sure I totally understand your question but I just had my 3 month check up which was an ultrasound to check the groin lymph nodes, and check the primary site for any unusual growths or lumps. All negative. From what I understand if it's spread from lymph nodes or on to other body areas it can be just as aggressive as it was when the original melanoma appeared. That's why scheduled rechecks, scans are ordered.
