          Hi there, my sister suffered badly too, just as you described, she did find that steroids helped with side effects, she also did intermittent dosing, 4 weeks on 2 off. I hope you find some relief.

                Thanks for your reply Melanie, I hope you’re doing well . My sister is post second infusion and the side effects have been much worse, hopefully they will ease soon.

                          Thanks for your reply Melanie, the seizures seem to be a result of the stereo tactic radiation, I was just wondering if anyone has had them post immunotherapy or whether it’s just a coincidence that it has happened post her infusion. Thank you and I wish you well with your health

                            Thank you for this information Ed, I appreciate it, unfortunately they will only accept you on the trials prior to any commencement of the therapy. I was just seeking information on what doses and duration people on the combined therapy and following intermittent dosing were on. In the hope that she could maybe do it herself.
