        Hi JB. I have seen Dr. Joseph Clark at Loyola. He is a great doctor! He is very caring and returns phone calls on his own. He has a bit of a dry sense of humor, but that's part of what my husband and I like about him.

        He's fairly up to date on things in the field, but sometimes if it's not happening at Loyola, he's not overly familiar with it. So, when I was just doing run of the mill FDA approved treatments, he was our guy. When it came to clinical trials, he was usually only familar with what Loyola had to offer and we would have to do our own research.

        So, depending on what your stage is and what you are looking for, he may be a great fit.

              Hey Troy. Congrats on the awesome news!! I'm so happy that the TIL treatment is working for you! They are great at NIH. We miss them!

                          Thanks for the links. I took a look at them and I don't think I would qualify for either because I've had too many prior treatments and one of them says no history of brain mets and and I've had two mets. It's tough to find trials once you've had as many treatments as I've had. =/

Prior to my TIL treatment, my adrenal tumor was growing, growing, growing and I got about six months of fairly stable scans after TIL. So, while it wan't my cure, it certainly slowed down growth and bought me some time.

                                I know or have heard of so many people that have had great success with TIL. It has does amazing things for lots of people, so keep hope. It could do the trick for you!

                                We loved it at NIH. The doctors and nursing staff are amazing and it's a great place to be. I hope that they have something for you!
