I know that some of you have enjoyed the story of my old father in law, Mean Joe Greene, who, a couple of years ago at the age of 90, drove from las vegas to florida to see his sister. And who managed to blow up two RV's this last year.
Sadly, he died in his sleep on Monday morning.
Bob had been with him in the days before his death, and had flown home on Sunday night. I was, unfortunately, off in Hawaii.
Joe had shoulder surgery a couple of weeks ago and really never regained his strength, but in the end there was really nothing wrong with him but old age.

He died just a couple of months short of his 93rd birthday, and lived independantly right up till last month.
We're gonna miss him, but he had a great run!
