      Hello everyone,

I have finally been given the all-clear to start on single does of Opdivo twice a month after going through the elevated ALT enzymes drama. Prednisone is down to 5mg a day. I have finished the second of 26 infusions and the ALT actually went down to 23 after my first infusion. Surprisingly, I haven’t noticed any side effects as of yet. Fingers and toes crossed.

The 11 tumors in my liver seem to have disappeared, and the big nearly one inch one in my lung isn’t visible on the CAT scan.

All the best and thanks to everyone who has offered advice and support.

          just finished 24x 240mg..opvido

no side effects what so ever.

i had one occasion where i was told to take tylenol for any normal pain  prior to a removal of non-melanotic mole.  bleeding issue according to derm. It raised liver enzymes and I was denied infusion.

I went back to regular doses of aspirin and no further enzyme problems.
