I did reach out to Dr. Weber and he suggested we look at MD Anderson. Does anyone have a contact there or a doctor I should try to contact?

Thank you everyone for the responses! Such valuable information! I will spend this weekend reading and reaching out! I do have another question – my husband did have the IMPACT testing done at Sloan and recently at Johns Hopkins they sent a biopsy to Foundation One (but said that showed nothing new). I am still pretty unclear exactly what Foundation One is, but my question is would the MATCH trial at NIH be different from these two test he has already had done? Thank you again for your help.

Bill – William just rec'd his 4th treatment and will go for scans April 16th to determine if we stay on trial or not. I have really been thinking about you and your family as this February made two years since we were there going thru TIL. It feels like it was yesterday – such vivid memories. But all good – the staff was amazing. If you don't feel to rough, keep us posted. – Stacy

Bill, I had posted on one of your other comments last week but my husband also goes to Dr. Sharfman. My husband is just getting ready to start the Anti-Lag-3 trial next week. He went thru the TIL therapy last February (2016). If you have any specific questions or want to talk to someone that has been thru it let me know as I am sure my husband would enjoy talking with you. NIH doctors and nurses are amazing. While it was not an easy treatment the care that you get while you are there is unbelieveable. The Discovery Channel did a 3 part documentary on NIH a couple months ago. You may be able to find it online. The actor Jim Parsons was the narrator and the film does a great job showing what NIH is really about – especially part 1. Good luck – sending our thoughts and prayers! – Stacy
