          Make sure you're entering the letter code correctly, including both upper and lower case.  Also, try writing up your profile in Notepad first and saving it as a text file on your computer. That way you simply can copy it and then paste it into the text box when you edit your profile.  Then if for some reason it doesn't work, you will still have all your work and won't need to redo it.
