      Hi everyone,

The MRF is excited to announce that we have been able to retrieve the user profiles from the previous version of the Patient Forum! These profiles would have been last updated during the Fall of 2020. If you were a Forum user prior to late 2020 and would like to have your previous profile content, please email [email protected] to request. When you email, please include your username and the email associated with the account.

You will be emailed your profile as it appeared previously and then you can update your current profile with that information as you would like.

Please note that requests are on a first come, first serve basis, and may take up to 2 weeks for the content to be emailed to you.

For any Forum or profile-related questions moving forward, please email [email protected].

      thanks,
      Amy
