Is 2 years considered long lasting with cancer?

I cannot find any actual definition anywhere.  Have seen where some insurance companies consider 3 and 5 years as long.  And there is a difference in the way remission is used.  Is it a complete response (NED), going stable, or a reduction of the tumor load?  For IL-2 a complete response for over 30 months indicates a cure by the Oncologists I have seen discuss it.  For other immunotherapies (Ipi, PD-1), it seems to refer to at least years.  Time will tell since they are so new.
