          The regular medical community argues that it has no benefit while the alternative medical community argues just the opposite. I'm sure the truth lies somewhere in between.

          The temptation with natural supplements is to take as much as you want because something natural can't harm you. This is one of those supplements where doing that can do you more harm than good because it's a derivative of cyanide. I'd be very careful with this supplement because "more is not better" with this one.
