Does anyone who has taken ipi have experience with it causing inflamed and painful hemorrhoids that haven't been resolved through use of either OTC products or prescription hydrocortisone cream?  Has this alone (without aggressive diarrhea) been cause for steroid use?  Kindly, looking for responses only from those with actual experience on this.  Many thanks.

My husband also has this issue – no answers, just another one interested in any responses!
