      Hello –

My mom is on the ipi / anti-pd1 trial (given sequentially).

After 3 months of anti-pd1 my moms tumor (in her thigh) grew 29percent .  She is now on IPI.  Has anyone been on Pd-1 and had an increase in tumor size followed by a decrease?

      Thank you!

My tumor absolutely grew during the first 12 weeks of Merck's anti-PD1 then I had a response where it was shrinking in 2 of three dimensions. Due to the location of the tumor I dropped out and opted for surgery.  The trial your mom is in, they say, is the best out there, so I'd say you're doing everything you can!
