I have had my 6 month checkup at MDA and remain NED. That's how it's been since surgery in January 2009. Grateful for each day I get.

Also grateful to live 25 miles from MDA, and for curcumin. I'm convinced of the latter's efficacy.

      Peace.

I've been stage IV for 5 1/2 years and NED for almost 3 1/2 years.  Also take curcumin.

What dose?  Is that the same as Tumeric?  Any brand that is best?  Makes me a little nervous that supplements/herbals are not regulated by FDA like prescription pharmaceuticals are.

                          Anon and Maria:

I take standard 95% stuff from GNC. 2 500 mg pills 2x/day. That is a lot, I know, and some stomachs might not like it, but I am fine on it.

I'm at pretty high risk for prostate cancer as well.
