    Christine, my dear friend, and a long-time mentor, supporter, and advisor on these forums, is very ill.  She is now in the hospital, in a great deal of pain, but receiving good, loving care from her daughter and sister.  They are looking toward moving her to hospice after the hospital.  My heart is broken. Again.

      I'm so sorry to hear about your friend. Is this the Christine who used to post on ocu-mel? If so, she was such an inspiration to so many and such a fighter. My heart goes out to you and her family.

      This is terribly sad news. Christine has been a great inspiration. I hope her family can find peace and comfort in the coming days! I'm so sorry Esther , I know the 2 of you have travelled this OM road for a long time together!
