Had my 8 mo scans post craineomety/SRS/Yervoy and doc noticed a 1cm tomorrow on Derma of brain between Derma and skull.  Says it's not worrisome and plans on zapping it out via SRS.  I asked if this means I am not a yervoy responder and he said not necessarily.  Any clue on what this is and idea on how he might say that?

One reason might be that it's not unusual for symptoms to exacerbate with Yervoy before getting better.
