      I hope you have a speedy recovery with not too much pain and that your TIL cells kick this melanoma completely to the curb!

      You are in good hands at NCI. I have researched this T-Cell engineered to secrete IL-12 therapy.  This shifts the T-cell differentation to the Th1 phenotype that is needed to activate the Cytoxic T-Lymphocytes.(Killer T-cells)
