thank you for asking…
i am on zelboraf and have a rough ride on it so far…still not up to full strength of the medicine…my pancreatic and liver enzymes are dismal… i have chills, fevers, body rashes, aches and bowel problems…i feel very weak and not able to correspond like i would like to…the doctor said the side effects would diminish…to hang in there and that is what i am doing.

Boots, I would just like to chime in here. Sorry to read that you are having a rough time at the moment. Have you had a reply from Dr Rosenberg regarding possible TIL treatment?
Good luck with Zelboraf, and I hope that you are feeling better soon.

Hey Boots, sorry to hear it's a tough go on Zelboraf. I did hear from others that the side effects subside after a while, I hope that is true for you. I have my next Onc appt. at UCSF on the 5th of October to look at a PK13/MTOR inhibitor trial with scans the following week. UCSF has a anti-PD1 trial starting the following month which I'm leaning towards as long as scans show I can wait til then. Take care.
