      Lisa, thanks for this article. Controlling inflammation seems to be an important factor in
      maintaining good health. Although aspirin appears to be very safe in small doses, it may
      cause bleeding in some cases. Here is some info about the side effects:

      That reminds me that fish oil is another substance that reduces inflammation, and it has
      shown some theoretical activity against melanoma. However, it is blood thinner too.
      Therefore, one has to be careful with it as well.
