sending you plenty of good energy and vibes all the way from Spain Tracy! I know how it feels, but we need to keep positive thinking, right after that initial sadness. Be strong, and if possible, go walking to a nice place, eat ice cream and watch a nice positive movie! Whatever happens, there's always an opportunity behind it.

Hello- I've been diagnosed with SMM stage 2A (0.35mm) and will be undergoing SNB in a week. We're hoping it'll be NED! I've been told, though, that whatever the result may be, the next 2 years are crucial in avoiding the cancer from spreading. And as someone else rightly pointed, there's little else early stages can do, apart from keeping an "intelligent" diet… so yes, if you don't mind sending it to me, I'd love to read it.

Take care and all the best for the New Year!
