      I have Graves disease. I lost 20lbs while I was consuming thousands of calories each day. My pulse was extremely high at rest and was sweating all the time, no matter how cold it was. I do not have melanoma,. I am the caregiver to my mom who does have MM. I am now synthroid dependent and had radio iodine to kill my thyroid off after trying meds unsuccessfully for 6 months.       My mom did Ipi 10mg trial (completed last infusion 10-4). She had extreme fatigue and nausea throughout treatment and continues to have both. She did not respond to Ipi and has continued to progress. Not sure if nausea is due to Ipi or the 6 liver lesions. She began Ipi with only 1 liver lesion and now had 6. Best of luck to you! May you continue on this road…..

      Mom is not having any treatment while we wait for BRAF results. The vomit looks like bile, with whatever little bit of food she hs eaten. She is eating a little. It is not projectile vomit. I called the Dr office, she has some tumors in her abdomen along with multiple tumors in her liver. They called in a stronger anti nausea med along with an anti anxiety med to help her relax. They said the BRAF test should be back by next Wed. Here’s hoping ….. Thanks for the feedback.

I called the Dr office, she has some tumors in her abdomen along with multiple tumors in her liver. They called in a stronger anti nausea med along with an anti anxiety med to help her relax.
