Thank  you all.  I know they are targeting each individual tumor via some sort of mask but unclear if it's Gamma or Cyberknife.  He did have his second Yervoy infusion yesterday after the radiation so we will see but he is feeling and looking awful I just can't see how he could rebound from this.

He is under the care of an excellent melanoma specialist currently but the original oncologlist (who was somehow listed as a melanoma specialist) he was seeing failed him initially as far as I am concerned.

He just had one a few wks ago when they realized it spread to brain and they then took him off of the PD-1 Study that he started in Feb.  His team thought it best not to do gamma just yet.  I'm getting the info 2nd hand so I'm sorry I don't have more information.

      Thank you for your input.

Thanks for your response.  I know it was a INCB inhibitor, but can't find the full name.  Other than some fluid in his lungs they had to drain after the first treatment, nothing else has really happened so I am a bit curious why they scanned so early and why they are stopping so soon.

He's in NJ.  About to begin clinical trial at NY Hospital with Dr Gary Shwartz.  Pd-1 with another drug.  He just had a brain scan last week which was clear.  Last Pet was mid Decemeber where they saw the multiple lung nodules.  It started as anal melanoma diagnosed in March.
