      hey

      19th Keytruda here and I have no rectum soreness,,,,but gas since day one….

       

      sometimes its a gas day and sometimes a poop day. 

      i started full dose of laxitives and a full dose of stool softners everyday….and tried to eat normal healthy

      i regulated out to 1 or 2 trips to bathroom pewr day for bowel movement

      I have had 2 rounds of SRS spot brain radiation on a total of 10 tumors.

      I wont lie it sucks….ut it killed thse tumors enough to get me started on other full systemic treatment.

      I am on Keytruda #19 ext and have 2 mets in braain however is growing slowly. I was diagnosed stage 4 with bne ad brain mets in nov 2013.

       

      i'm 45 year ld male.

      if I read that right

      .6mm tumor.

      at that size the standard treatment would be a Wide Loal Excision Surgery and verify clean and clear margins (pretty big scar). 

      They would typically not test nodes unless it was over 1.0mm

      Now there will be a 2nd pathology from the surgery basically saying they got good margins etc.

      Get copies of everything.

      Heal the wound properly…..this will help with the future i god forbid the same area is ever effected plus a clean heal is just healthier to move on.

       

      from here they will probably tell you to see Derm every 6 months

      do monthly (weekly) skin checks at home for not only more melanoma but any marks, lumps in scar or in nodes at groin.

      OMG

      It is a perscription……you will fill it locally nd take 1 to 3 plls a day etc.
