After being diagnosed stage III, with melanoma in my l ymph system, I went on a herbal detox called Floressence.

A naturalpathic suggested to me.  The heral detox came in a liquid bottle and was pretty expensive.  I took this religiously, and after two weeks I felt almost human again.  My Onc said I looked great.  The way it was explained to me is that it was a very gentle detox to get ride of the heavy metals and toxic substances in the body.  I swear by it for me.

I also went on a totally organic diet, high in fiber, low in carbs, low in proteins such a meat, high in fresh vegetables, fruits, etc.

I don't know if this will help, but I  thought I'd pass it along.  Of course you should probably talk to your son's doctor if you decided on the Floressence regime just to make certain it doesn't mess up anything he is currently taking.

This is just a standard line the Doctor give you.  I'm a very long time survivor, my cancer started in the 1980s and I got the oh, the standard lifespan with this type of cancer is usually 5 years.  I'm still hear.

I noticed you haven't received any replies.  I can't help you.  I had a lump but mine was in my lymph system and at that time size did matter.  Good Luck….I hope you get some advice from someone who can help you.

Interferon is different with different people.  With what I now know about Interferon,

and I had it to do all over again.  I wouldn't go the Interferon route.  Its expensive,

its excessive and I don't think it has a great tract record.

I went through one in 2007.  Its was probably the scariest thing I ever encountered.  It was recommended that I have the surgery and I just mustered up my courage and went t hrough it.

It was painful, and the recovery time was I think long, but I got through it.  I'm glad I did.

      Good Luck.
