I had my last treatment of nivo on march 2017. I was on treatment for 17 months. My pet scans are out to every year now. I have had a 2.4 x 2.2 cm right lung mass for 5+ years that hasn’t changed nor lights up on my pet scan.

I recently had a ct scan due to a kidney stone and it showed up a 4.6 x2.8 cm partially calcified right lung mass. My last pet scan was 8 months ago. I am concerned that my melanoma is back.

I would contact my oncogist and ask them to review the CT. They will have a sense on whether you should have a biopsy.

Thank you for your response. I contacted my oncologist and they are going to let me know what they think. I have been very blessed to have clear scans for 7 years.
