I liked this article – gives a good analogy on how the body works and how cancer metabolizes sugar (layman terms).

Misleading title really.
The body doesnt need refined sugar at all.
Plenty of research to look at for the dangers of refined sugar and refined carbs for that matter.
However sugar from fruit and complex carbs shouldnt be a problem as long as they are not over used.
