          Kari,

My husband stage IV innumerable liver, lung mets is kind of in the same boat with you.  Failed IL-2 and Ipi.  Our oncologist is not giving us alot of options.  He offered DTIC, Taxol/ Carboplatin, a trial he is doing with Nexavar/ARQ 197 (I know nothing about).  He is getting a genetic profiling done right now and praying he may have the Kit gene???

Anyway good luck finding something for you to try.  It is so very frustrating knowing which bridge to cross.  I am trusting in prayers to lead us.

Kari, I have no ideas for your friend, but I can keep Reese and her family in my prayers.  I hope they can find a treatment for her.
