….and a VERY grateful Veteran's Day to you and yours, my friend.  Don't tell anyone, but here in my small hamlet of humble Hoboken, GA. we take the kids from our local elementary school across the road to the graveyard every 11-11 at 11 o'clock.  There we have a flag ceremony at the gravesites of a Viet-Nam fallen local, sing the Anthem, and the school librarian who grew up with the boy, and his 2 friends who escorted body home from 'Nam, give short speeches on the sacrifices of all Veterans, and of those who made the ultimate sacrifice.

I never served.  ….but my appreciation to all that have surpasses any words i could write.

THANK YOU !!!  ALL VETS who may read this.

PS.  Yeah, was proud to see the folks in Missouri block the idiot so-called "Baptists" that protest soilder funerals.  THOSE bastards should be shot!

Hey John, glad to see you posting. Some of Nic's friends were concerned about not hearing from you. Hope you're hanging in there, and that the VetVan is coming along.

Hey, LV, thanks for thinking of me, this post is from back in Nov 2010 though, what happened w/Nic makes me wish I could turn back the clock to that time.

Drove the vet van (or mobile procedure vehicle as I like to say) back up from SC this weekend, a real beauty.  I have it parked in the driveway waiting to get real license plates, putting together the  dental system, anaesthesia system, and digital radiographs in the mean time.  (Hopefully before my neighbors call the zoning officer) It is actually longer than my house is wide(24ft).

Anyhoo, this mobile crap is beating me up pretty bad.  Still, wouldn't go back to working for somebody else though.  A simple client patient relationship takes away all of the bs workplace drama I've seen over the years.

                How are the boys?
