      Hello all,
My name is Nicole, and I’m a 3rd-year medical student from UMass Medical School. I’m posting here to share a brief survey study with you all. This survey focuses on access to treatment; our goal is to learn about how easy or difficult it is for patients to seek treatment for their melanoma. We hope the results will help us understand how to make melanoma treatment more accessible for patients like you and your loved ones.

This survey takes about 5 minutes to fill out, and is completely anonymous. The survey is linked below so that anyone who is interested may take part by filling it out; you can copy the link and paste it in a new tab if you cannot click on it directly. Any questions about the study can be directed to [email protected]; we sincerely thank you for your time, and we wish you well on your journey to recovery.
