I was worried about this lymph node in my neck that’s been getting bigger / smaller consistently for two or three months now, but they said it doesn’t look cancerous and seems to be reactive.

What it’s reacting to I have no idea because I haven’t been sick but I did have a cut inside my mouth for a bit so maybe that was it.

So the latest scans for cancer are all clear. But they noted I’m starting to get calcium in my coronary artery so really need to be strict with my diet and exercise. They said it’s punctate but advanced for my age (I’m only 37). Goodbye butter and fat and red meat and refined carbohydrates. 😭😭

Could be worse of course. In many regards. Friend of mine died from a heart attack at 39 a few weeks ago so it’s a big wake up call.

Already enjoying the new cardiac diet and exercise. Down 12lbs with another 30 to go.

Much love to all of you.
