      Hello,

I have been on Dabrafenib and Trematenib since April 2015.  My tumor has shrunk from 9.1cm to 5.1cm in that time without any further lesions.  My side effects have also been minimal. The latest CT scan (Dec 2015) showed that the tumor is now stable at 5.1cm.  Is this a sign that the combination's effectiveness is coming to an end or has anyone had a long duration with a stable tumor?

      Thanks

      Mark

Hi Mark – my husband has been on dabrafenib for 2.5 years (sometimes in combo with MEK but mostly as a single agent).  His tumors originally shrank quite a bit and have been stable or shown minmal shrinkage over even the past year or so.  Take care.
