Ok. Folks. Looks like my Iptivo/Yervoy was not success either. Unless it takes it’s sweet time. I was trying to get in a TIL trial and have been talking with a trial coordinator. They had reviewed my records with research team. We were waiting 6 weeks for my brain Mets to clear up after SRS. Finally I had an appointment scheduled with a doctor running the trial. They called me today and canceled the appointment saying that they don’t accept my health insurance nor they would accept me paying out of pocket. Really? Now? After 6 weeks talks?
It is so frustrating. It reminds me this John Q movie with Danzel Washington when his son needed a heart transplant and health insurance would not cover it. He took ER or even the hospital hostage.
They can just cancel an appointment and deny access to the doctor because they don’t accept insurance?
      Any suggestions?
      Hugs…
      Daisy..
