Mondays scans showed more progression. One spot on lung, right rib, spots on pelvis and spine grew.
He is in the hospital still trying to get his liver back to normal. May be adding cellcept to the mix and start weaning the steroid. He is now on insulin to get the sugar under control from the steroids. Need to get on with the fight! Temodar is next up!Mondays scans showed more progression. Prayers. This journey is not what we signed up for, but it's what we have. Prayers for peace to you and your husband.

Good luck. I have to ask if there were any brain tumors disovered aand was any DNA mutation tests run on the tumor material? May I ask what the logi was that was given for trying Temodar at this time?
There is still a hance the Ipi will kick in. Problem is that sometimes it can take up to a year to start working. Hopefully the Temodar will be enhanced by the prior Ipi treatments.

He is BRAF wild type and negative for c- kit. No brain tumors seen at this time.
Oncologist has ruled out all immunological treatments at this time due to the ipi induced colitis and ipi induced hepatitis. So it basically leaves us with the three standard chemotherapies. Dacarbazine is out since it needs the liver to metabolize it. Temodar is her choice. I am reluctant due to no brain involvement and limited “shelf life” but we have to do something. All of the spots are new since November. I appreciate any and all advice. -

So sorry to hear of your husband's scan results. It sounds like your doctors are all over it, and have his treatment mapped out. I know you guys will keep fighting! Big hugs and prayers for you both.

I am so sad to share in your news today but wish to send you the most positive thoughts I can. Selfishly, I look to this message board to celebrate the successes and hope for my own, but this doesn't come without us all stepping up and fighting. All the best!
