Hi everyone. I am in  immediate need and hope you can help me. I am in immediate need of a PD 1 trial. Does anybody know where any of them are being held I live in Florida but am willing to go and travel anywhere.    I have previously been on Braf/Mek  16 months did well,  then Yervoy….slowed it down but need pD1.   Thanks to all my fellow warriors for your help.  G-D bless

I suggest reaching out to Catherine Poole at Melanoma International Foundation.  From what I've read on these sites recently there are few, if any, PD-1 trials presently open for those who have taken ipi.  There are, however, some PDL-1 trials and also a trial for ADC (a newer, promising chemotherapy).

Have you looked into Moffitt trials in Tampa?  They seem to be very active in PD-1 trials.  Dr. Weber is outstanding.

I didn't see any at moffit when I looked, but still it would be good to contact them since they are close-by. There is another trial that has a combination including PD1 .. trial number is :  NCT01714739  .

This is a phase 1 trial, and it does not look like there are any locations too close by, but may be worth looking into. As others have said… contacting those afore mentioned is probably your very best source of information.

I was just at Moffitt yesterday and the doc feels that Pd1 will get approval early this year, here is hope you can get into a trial. I thing there is one going on there though I would contact them.
