        Oh Kim I know when I just read that this morning, I thought, what on earth is worng with her.  To add insult to injury, she is not what so ever concerned about the dog, only wants the postage money back, and some money she had fashioned into a a collar for the puppy. 

         

        I hope the pup gets a long good happy home, and never ever remembers this.  and I applaud the postal service for not dozing on the job.
