    My onc mentioned this last week. I know it’s all about the timingand it won’t be for me. Not much info here but interesting they are looking for half the patients to have failed IPI. I do get frustrated with the entire clinical trials exclusion process but at least some can be helped. If I were a candidate, I’d start making phone calls!

      The bio marker is PDL1…they are thinking that if the melanoma doesn't have it- the anti pd-1 will not work-period…knowing if this is true or notwill save many people precious time instead of doing treatment that will not work, Around 110 people from Moffittin the BMS trial  have been signing releases so our melanoma can be tested to see if in fact we have the PDL1.BMS is doing the testing. Currently they are not excluding anyone from the trial that does not have the PDL1.
