I went for a spinal MRI because I need surgery on my L5S1. Incidentally they found a 3mm lesion on my pancreas. Just in the waiting room for a chest and abdominal MRI with contrast now.

Hoping it’s nothing obviously. Previous scan was December 2025 and was all clear and 3mm is tiny – about as small as can detected really.

Fingers and toes crossed that it’s nothing.

Anyone out there that has faced metastasis to the pancreas? It’s in the tail thankfully.
