It was mentioned to me here, that I need to maybe click the refresh button on the computer.   Where in the heck would it be?  (IMAC) or enlightened

Bonnie, if you're using Safari, go to 'view' at the top of the page, and there's a drop-down menu that includes 'reload page', which I think is about the same thing.

If you're using Firefox, click the little circular arrow.

          Hope this helps.

thanks laura,  I use firefox and for the life of me I cannot find any circle thingy, but I went to the view on firefox, and saw the word reload  so I clicked it and I guess that is Mac's word for refresh.  you would think after almost 2 years of using mac, I would know.   I also sometimes use Safari, and when I went there I found a lovely OLD program game thing I thought I lost when I changed from pc to mac.  spent a few min just clicking away brrought back memories of when I knew how to use a computer.  (12 years of PC)  thannkyou very much for pointing me in the correct direction.
