I had 3.5mm in cheek removed 10 months ago up to this time I have had NED took a CT scan of chest and abdomin 1 month ago all clear. 1 week ago I noticed 1 enlarged lymph node on each side of my groin. I also had taken a injection of Mistletoe about a week prior to noticing nodes. Any experience with any of this

Unfortunately, swollen lymph nodes could be a sign that indicates that melanoma might
have spread. Therefore, it would be good to promptly consult your oncologist about this.
You may need whole body CT and PET scans to make sure that there are no unknown areas of melanoma present.I found some info on mistletoe at:

I am sure you know that lymph nodes can swell for various reasons including an infection. However, I would be on the safe side and have it checked out as soon as possible. Since the lymph nodes in question are quite a distance from your primary, it may not be melanoma at all. Make sure and tell the doctor about the Mistletoe.
Good Luck,

I strongly suspect that the groin lymph nodes are not related to the cheek melaonoma. It is not in the normal forward path that lymph fluid flows in. I would get to your doctor and get it checked out. As stated, tell him about the mistletoe. Where was the site of the mistletoe injection? (Suspect that an antibiotic or Benadryl might be tried as the first thing by your doc.) Let us know the results and treatment.
