Hay Family! iv been away for to long! like a month but, im here & doing good, to update myself i did Combo# 3 {ipi/nivo} "finally" {had a few "postpones" due to blood work issues}  back on July 17th & side effects are very tolerable, just after i left that day after my infusion, my body ached "more" then normal, ya know, like flu like symptoms, i just pounded down an extra Hydrocortisone pill and 3 Advils and went to bed early, next day i was fine, i guess my "initation" 6 days after my 1st infusion wich i endured nearly a week & a half of hell was all im gunna experiance {hopefully, knock on wood} ive been okay now,  my only real setback with the Yervoy & Opdivo is my Putuitary/Adrenal glands are all out of whack, hence the Hydrocortisone pills i now take, no biggy, small trade for hopefull success assuming the meds are working! i should do my last dose of Yervoy Aug 7th and continue Opdivo untill further notice, after combo #4 {Aug 7th}  we will talk CT Scan"s…

So, i hope ya all are doing well on yer respected meds, im forever greatful of having you all here, and will update you again soon…Take Care!,  Mike

Thanks for the side effects info and congrats on upcoming final does of Yervoy. Glad you got through the "initiation." I've been gone awhile; you were just starting last time I was here. Take good care! Lisa
