Hello, my wife is stage IV and the melanoma is spreading quickly. She just had a 2nd cycle of ipi/nivo and so far we haven’t seen any indication that it’s working. We met with her oncologist today, who mentioned T-VEC but said she would have to stop ipi/nivo in order to do it. However, I read that others have done t-vec combined with immunotherapy with success. Bubbles and Ed- and anyone else!- do you know what immunotherapies can be combined with t-vec? Fortunately, we have an appointment scheduled with a melanoma specialist from Emory University Hospital next Friday- so we will of course ask him. But just thought I’d reach out to the forum in the meantime. Thanks to all, MB
