I have started taking intralesional treatment based on IL-12 with electroporation plus pembro (clinical trial), for lesions on the side of my foot (near Achilles). Electroporation (particularly the electric shocks) has been intense and I am looking for ways to make it more tolerable. I’ve tried taking Valium plus either Oxycodone (oral) or morphine (IV) before the procedure but so far has been ineffective. The oncologist is not equipped to do conscious sedation. I’d appreciate if there are any suggestions.
