just had surgery 2 days ago to remove melanoma. How How long does it usually take to hear back from the pathology to make sure the margins are clear?

I'm sure it can vary, but in my case I had surgery on a Tuesday, with SLN biopsy, and got the results that Friday.  Waiting is so hard, isn't it?  Sending blessings for good results!

            Hi,

Had my surgery on 11/7/2018 and got good news on 11/8/2018. Depends on lab people and how busy.

Good luck. Keep on this blog, these people on here are great and they help alot. Lots of info here.

It took two weeks to get results here.  But it was back in 2008.
