      I am having second thoughts about a post. I was vey depreessed when I posted. Is there a way to delete a post.

          You would have to contact MRF.  No way to do it gracefully.

                most of us have been in awful places and posted.  my advice is to forget about it and move on.  The people on this board are understanding and forgetful.  You're probably the only one who even noticed.
