Had my 4th infusion today. Almost postponed due to higher liver enzymes than normal. So far no reaction. Scheduled for my 5th infusion in 3 weeks than the petscan to determine the efficacy. Taming my fear by staying active.

Steven, how high were your liver enzymes? I am stuck at four infusions because my liver enzymes shot up, brought them back down with prednisone, but now off prednisone and the liver enzymes are up a little, so no treatment for me. I hope my doctor is not being too cautious, on the other hand side effects Can be serious. Good luck, hope this will work, mark

Sorry I can't tell you. The tech said that I was in the high normal range but she needed to check with onc because I was below normal margin prior.

Dear Steven,
don´t think if you don´t have any reactions, that keytruda is not doing it˙s job… My father had NONE and at his first scan after 3 months he was almost NED…. But we saw improvement on his sub mel (which was quite large) that he had a response…
Tame your fear, even if keytruda fails (which it wont), you have more options….
Take care,
Patrisa
