      I have a recurrence in my groin area which they wont operate on as I am on keytruda with mets in a few different places in the body. I dont really want to do radiation but I dont think there are any other options.

      Does anyone have experience with radiation to the groin ie number of treatments, side effects, strategies to help with coping.

          I have not had radiation but have looked into it ob my groin also. I believe my doctor suggested 40gy 5days week for 4 weeeks.

              I am not really keen on radiation because you can go through the treatments and it may not necessarily even shrink the tumour(s).

              And then you have the side effects. I might ask about intralesional therapies to see if they are an option.
