      Hello again.

I go this Wednesday to U of M for the whole testing, full body exam, blood work and all. And meeting with the Ocologiat Dr. Chang to talk about my surgery.

I was wondering what are some of the questions I should be asking? I got some written down but in case I am forgetting some, I am hoping you guys can help me out..  Thanks

You haven't provided any details about what you know so far so it is hard to know what to suggest you ask. Did you have a biopsy by a local dermatologist? What did the pathology say? Depth? Clark level? Mitosis?

At U of M your first meetings are not with the oncologist. Dr. Chang is a dermatologist and she will do the full body check and initial meeting. Depending on what your pathology is, you might then meet with the surgeon (maybe Dr Sabel) about a sentinel node biopsy and wide local excision.

but more info about your situation would make it easier to offer suggestions.

For some reason is showing me anonymous….  My report is 1.33 Clark level IV, mitosis is 8.

my local derm sent me to U of M. And I will be seeing Dr. Chang. And he is. Surgeon doing the sentinel lymph node and WLE.  I have 3 apt.  One is full body exam, the other is meeting with the doctor and the last one is doing the pre op screening.
