I got a care package like that from my cousin in FL when I started treatments.  With lemon drops too!!    And a bottle of Grand Marnier (one of my favorites) from the neighbors.  One nice gesture from across the street and one from across the country.  Never know where support will come from.

Thank you c! I needed this, as I’m not feeling very “victorious” this morning.

Love to all my cancer peeps (and those who wipe their butts)!

Thank you, Celeste. You are guiding us through our personal Waste Land as we fight our wars alone, but together through your information and inspiration.  I am awed by your selfless contributions to us all, as you fight your own battle.  Grateful you are here.

              All the best

Such an honest blog Celeste, your writing is quite amazing and straight from the heart.  Both your writing and advocacy help so many.  Your writing reminds me of the book club event at our local library I went to last night.  The author wrote a tragicomic memoir as she is the sister of a comedian/writer/actor who passed away of opiod overdose three years ago.  He was so honest AND funny in life and one of her brother's observations was:  "We are all horrible and wonderful & figuring it out".  Kind of sums it up sometimes
