      Anyone have issues with elevated creatine kinase, total, serum levels while on taf/mek combo?

          Hi,

          I also have the same problem. Dosage was 150mg(1-0-1), Mekinst 2mg (1-0-0)

          Doctor asked me to stop medicines. Was in hospital, bed rest and was given 3Litre Ringer Acetat Solution.  Values had reduced.

          Now on Dabrfinib 100mg (1-0-1) and Mekinist 1.5mg (1-0-0).

          Blood test every 7 – 10 days
