Hello all- I am grateful for this site and have been reading everyone’s experiences.(I am 42) My journey has been the following. Neck mass was removed in September 2022 and came back as spindle cell Melanoma without a primary.(Stage 3b) Pet scan shortly after was clear and so was brain MRI. Started Opdivo and elected not to complete a neck dissection due to the negative PET scan 3 months after removal. After treatment 3 I had bowel issues with chronic diarrhea and went off of Divo for a month and took steroids. Today I had my 6 month scans and my brain MRI came back clear and my PET scan came back with the following. Focal activity of the rectal anal junction could be due to either malignant lesion or focal benign bowel activity. Could this be Opdivo induced Colitis? Currently freaked out and any input would be much appreciated.
